Reablement at home

Care UK provides a reablement service to assist individuals to rehabilitate at home following a stroke, accident, operation or any lengthy stay in hospital.

Careworkers are specially trained by a Senior Physiotherapist who leads the team which enables them to assist individuals, usually over a six week period, with basic exercises to help improve mobility and daily living tasks allowing them to regain their confidence and skills.
