Care UK provides 24-hour care and support in small registered homes in the community for those service users who need, or prefer, a higher level of support. These homes are staffed at all times by a team of skilled and well trained support workers who are led by the home manager.
Our aim is to provide care and support in a way which enables service users to maximise their independence and achieve their best possible quality of life. We work to facilitate access to mainstream activities which provide service users with opportunities to achieve real community presence and to develop valued social roles.
